Message from the Devs

To continue providing you with stable service, the US publisher of Watcher of Realms will change from MOONTON Games to Skystone. We appreciate your ongoing support. The Watcher of Realms team will continue optimizing the game experience and providing content updates for all Commanders. To ensure you retain your account assets and can continue playing normally in the future, please read the Account Transfer information and transfer your account data as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding. To express our gratitude, upon completing the Account Transfer and logging in for the first time, you will receive a transfer-exclusive reward mail containing the following: Rare Summoning Crystal x10, Mythic Artifact Essence x1, Huge Stamina Potion x5.

APP will officially shut-down on April 4th and users will be given a code to migrate their accounts or they can use an email that is bound to that account. This code is very important as we’re not sure if the account can be recovered as this time if it isn’t bound to an email or you don’t have the code.

About Account Transfer

Q1: What is Account Transfer?

A: Account Transfer refers to the process of transferring player data (including characters, progress, items, etc.) from Watcher of Realms operated by MOONTON Games to Watcher of Realms – US operated by Skystone. After the transfer, you will need to re-link your third-party login method (such as Google Play, App Store, etc.)

Q2: Will I need to pay for an Account Transfer?

A: The Account Transfer process is completely free. Any private messages requesting transfer payment are fraudulent. Please stay vigilant to avoid being scammed.

Q3: What happens if I don’t transfer my account?

A: Going forward, Watcher of Realms – US will be published by Skystone in the US. Commanders in the US will no longer be able to play using the original Watcher of Realms game app. We urge all Commanders to transfer their account data as soon as possible to avoid disruption to your normal game experience.

From the Prospector: I was informed if you do not complete account migration in time the following steps will happen when you try to login after April 4th.

  1.  The game will not load your profile but will instead give you an account code.  THIS CODE IS VERY IMPORTANT! COPY THIS AND SAVE IT!  It’s your lifeline to your account especially if you did not bind your account to an email or the email gives back error codes.
  2.  The game will direct you to download the new version from the Google Play or App Store.  Once you do this you will need to have your code and/or email ready to verify and migrate your account over.
  3.  I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH for you to make sure you have this code, your account bound to an email and preferably migrated prior to April 4th.

Q4: What data will be retained after transfer?

A: After the Account Transfer, all your game assets (characters, progress, items, etc.), friends, mail, and social data (such as Guild info) will be transferred without loss.

From the Prospector: I was informed if you do not complete account migration in time you will have forever to transfer your account.  You just need that transfer code and/or email that is bound to the account.

Account Transfer Process

Q5: How do I transfer my account?

A: After downloading Watcher of Realms – US from the links above and logging in for the first time, you will see a data transfer authorization pop-up. After agreeing to authorize, you can verify ownership of your original MOONTON Games account through either [Email Binding] or [Transfer Code].  From the Prospector: “Grab The Code and have your Account Bound to Email!”

  1. If you choose [Email Binding], enter the email address bound to your original game account, tap [Send Activation Email], and input the verification code received in your email. This will complete identity verification and display your character information associated with that email account. Please verify the information before proceeding with the import to complete the Account Transfer.
  2. If you haven’t bound an email to your original game account, you can choose [Transfer Code] for identity verification. Log in to the original Watcher of Realms app—if you’re using a US IP address, the app will display Account Transfer information on the loading page where you can obtain your [Transfer Code]. The [Transfer Code] is your account ownership verification ID. To protect your game assets and privacy, please do not share your [Transfer Code] with others to avoid potential losses from unauthorized transfers.

Q5: I’ve already logged into Watcher of Realms – US but didn’t get the data transfer popup or declined it. How can I initiate the Account Transfer again? 

In Watcher of Realms – US, tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the screen to enter Player Profile, then go to [Settings] – [Account Settings]. You’ll find the [Account Transfer] feature below your character ID.

From the Prospector: When you first open the new APP it will give you some options.  One on the left and one on the right.  Choose the 1st option and it will trigger the account transfer window immediately.  Otherwise it will likely force you through the tutorial in which case you’ll need to refer to Q5.

Other FAQ’s From Interview

Q5: What will happen to users who didn’t migrate prior to app removal?

A: They will be able to transfer after the app is down but need the transfer code/email.

Q5: Is Skystone going to by managing SmileOne payments as well?

A: Unknown if it will be different website and/or managed by a US Based company, but will still remain.

Q5: Will all players still play together even though we are not in same app?

A: Yes, players will still connect to the same server.

Q5: Why is compensation only for US Players? Are any coming for others?

A: Compensation to non-us players is unknown at the moment but will be discussed.
