With diaochan at A2 (or even at A0) is there any place for Delores or has she essentially been entirely replaced?
I’d say she’s replaced but she’s an epic so she should be
Whilst not being an expert myself, I’d say she’s still viable in certain content where burst damage is required (PvE stages) as she provides higher inspiration than Diao.
