Divine Retribution: Deals 400% P. DMG that ignores DEF to 1 enemy in range, then shortly after, deals 200% P. DMG of the same type that ignores DEF to 1 enemy with the lowest HP percentage in range. Each instance of DMG inflicts a Stun for 1 sec. After casting the Ultimate, if there are enemies in range, consumes 1 Divine Sigil and restores 50% Rage.
