Helga’s Exclusive Artifact is best because she receives a DMG% to ALL single target damage + she gets extra Rage restored on the Ult Activation. Wailing Skull is a close 2nd because well..It’s a Wailing Skull. After that a more F2P accesible option for something like Styx Boss or GB2 is the Watchguard’s Ambition because it offers an added chance to launch another Basic Atk, and that boosts her chance to Stun more often.
