Can launch Sweeping Strike at the farthest enemy within the Ultimate’s range every 40 sec.

Each time Basic ATK deals DMG, reduces the cooldown of Sweeping Strike by 1 sec. The AoE DMG of Sweeping Strike and Ember Strike inflicts Bleed.

The additional DMG ignores 50% DEF and dispels 1 buff.

Sweeping Strike: Dashes towards the target direction and performs a sword-drawing slash, dealing 180% AoE DMG 1 time to up to 6 enemies in the path, then deals 480% DMG 1 time to of these enemies. Immune to all DMG during the cast.

Ember Strike: Dashes towards the target direction and performs a sword-drawing slash, dealing 200% AoE DMG 1 time to up to 6 enemies in the path, then deals 400% DMG 2 times to 1 of these enemies. Immune to all DMG during the cast.

Tranquil Reflection Ultimate Manual

Sheathes the blade and prepares to launch an extra Sweeping Strike after up to 8 sec.

When receiving Direct DMG while sheathed, Parries the DMG and launches the extra Sweeping Strike early.

If Parry is triggered within 3 sec of entering the sheathed state, launches Ember Strike instead.

Unable to use Basic ATK during the sheathed state.

Path of the Exiled Bond Skill

Parrying during Tranquil Reflection increases ATK by 20% for 10 sec.

Kigiri’s Exclusive is EXTREMELY overpowered for him boasting an extra 45% dmg boost to single enemies.
He also has bleed built into his kit so Scarlet Hunt isn’t a bad option though it’s not consistent.
Wailing Skull works well with Kigiri because his stats are Extremely High for a Fighter.

Within 10 sec after Ember Strike is activated, each Direct DMG dealt inflicts additional DMG 2 times, each time equal to 25% of the Direct DMG. When either of these strikes triggers Swallow Counter, the corresponding effect of this strike becomes permanent.

Penetration +8%

Sweeping Strike and Ember Strike launched during Tranquil Reflection will always trigger Swallow Counter.

He is my best looking hero and i love him more than my A5 wukong , btw kigiri is A4 now so no his fully power and not maxed artifact like wukong.

This is one of the best heroes on my account for single target and aoe. I like wukong but he is restricted mainly to single target. Kigiri on the other hand is a beast. Can’t wait for him to go A5.

I don’t test as much as you, but I have seen better damage from Kigiri in Wicked Vengeance and Cataclysm. Am I crazy? I do have pretty solid rolls on my gear. Not all 4 stat, but he is always my top DPS in Abyss
