Up to 8 can be activated, each providing a stackable 4% ATK bonus.

Drums of War: When triggered, launches a Thunderbolt that strikes the target, dealing 50% DMG.

Thunderbrand: When the duration ends, deals one instance of burst DMG for each Basic ATK taken during the duration (each Basic ATK stacks 8% DMG, up to 80 stacks). This effect cannot be dispelled.

Storm Strike Ultimate Manual

Afterwards, Basic ATK becomes a 2 consecutive strikes for 15 sec, with each strike dealing 80% DMG.

During this duration, Drums of War can no longer be activated.

When the Ultimate ends, consumes all activated Drums of War.
