Each time Hex draws a card, Twyla permamently increses Crit. DMG by 5%, up to 60% Crit. DMG.

Symphony of Ruin Passive

After not dealing DMG for 2 sec, increases Rage Regen (Auto) by 10.

This effect is removed upon dealing DMG.
