The Mad Devotee Bond Skill

Each time Hex draws a card, Twyla permanently increases Crit. DMG by 5%, up to 60% Crit. DMG.

Symphony of Ruin Passive

After not dealing DMG for 2 sec, increases Rage Regen (Auto) by 10.

This effect is removed upon dealing DMG.

Wailing Skull is decent but quite lower because of the Super High stats that Twyla carries. These transfer to the Wailing Skull Clone.
