Can choose a ground tile in range to have Diabolic Duke land at the chosen location.

Upon landing, deals 300% AoE DMG to up to 5 adjacent enemies and inflicts a 2 sec Stun.

For 10 sec after landing, Diabolic Duke gains 2 Block, its ATK Range changes to adjacent tiles, and its ATKs inflict a 1 sec Stun and can target airborne units.

When the duration ends or its HP is depleted, Diabolic Duke returns to an airborne state and consumes all Binding Chains stacks.

When Diabolic Duke is on the ground tile, its ATKs inflict Vulnerability (M. DMG) on enemies.

When the Ultimate is triggered, Diabolic Duke gains increased attributes based on its Binding Chains stacks.

Each stack increases ATK by 3% and Max HP by 40%.

These effects last until Diabolic Duke turns back into an airborne unit.
